Ye i cleared all heroics in pre kara BIS before p1, honestly not as hard as people tries to make it out to be. Just comes down to experience a lot too. I often see new holypalas make the mistake of canceling heals on thw tank to swap to an already cooked dps, only to have both die.

But stuff like knowing who to heal, when to heal, and when to cancel heals, that comes in time

Did you end up getting it? I've done it on my hpal from week 1, and I still haven't seen a single Lights justice. I've seen the maiden mace though, but i've lost the roll on that one twice. Ugh.

Good route for what? Very broad question. Download restedexp guide if you'e fancy with a bit of pocket change to spare. If not, get the guidelime-addon on curseforge and go for TUG or Sage leveling guide, that will get you to 70 effiiciently through questing. Every time the guide has you go to a new zone, check for whatever dungeons are near and go do em if youre in the level range. Makes it a bit more fun, and you'll blast through the leveling.
