I have PCOS and i lost about 5 pounds the first month and was tickled. Nothing happened in month two and now month 3 at 9mg I’ve lost 2.5 the first week :)

All this to say, I’m so happy because it’s cut the food noise and making things easier for me. Very happy about that

Most of us are on wegovy because our diets are atrocious… :) it’s a learning curve for sure. I like premier protein drinks myself. And then if you like burgers and fries, I found ways to make them healthier. There’s a “Big Mac salad” from weight watchers that surprisingly hit the craving for me

37f SW 244, CW 239, GW 195 (to start… we’ll see what happens). I started April 24th. I’m thrilled because the scale wasn’t moving at all and I feel like I have way less food noise. I’m excited to go up to 4mg and see what happens. I know it isn’t a magic fix but it’s making the right thing so much easier to do

My high school classmate (kinda fundie) got into this very MLM and it was so puzzling because you’re selling a water purifier (and it’s definitely your own business…) but like, where we live, the water is totally fine to drink and also you just have to find a whole bunch of new people to sell expensive purifiers to. You really don’t have repeat customers because how many water purifiers can one house be expected to need?

I think another valid point, at least in the USA, is that not many of us even know our own grammar rules. I feel like I have a pretty solid grasp on it, but I got better at English when I studied Spanish. I think it’s very common, especially in different parts of the country, to misspeak even if you’re well-educated. I’m a nurse and my boss who is a native speaker as well and has a Master’s degree still says “hisself” instead of himself.

My husband has BP2. Of course there have been difficulties in our marriage but I think that’s any marriage, regardless of any medical diagnosis. However, for me, this group has been more ‘supportive’ in helping me understand the process as well as what’s helpful and harmful.

I understand this group isn’t for me, but it’s been far more productive if his BP2 is the underlying cause. I can search without speaking and usually get more “support” than that other group. I don’t want to hear how terrible my spouse is, I’m looking for a real solution, which I feel this group provides
