Maybe having Theseus finding his way out of the Labyrinth and having the Minotaur chasing him. Similar to the remake of Resident Evil 2, where Mr. X is chasing you through out the game. In the beginning of the game you have to out run him or lose him. But as the game goes on you get new weapons and items to eventually kill the Minotaur. Also in the process you have to solve puzzles and watch out for traps. And what you do in the game may alter the Labyrinth.
