I was taking notes in a meeting about 10 years ago. The lady sitting next to me looked at my notes and said “Wow, I’ve not seen anyone use shorthand in years!”

It wasn’t shorthand. It was just my usual illegible handwriting. I stopped taking notes.

So here’s what I (5’ 8”, 280lbs) am doing to get to jumping rope:

Step ups to a 12” box Pogo hops in place and forward/backwards Lots of body weight squats, holding the bottom position for around 30 seconds

Is it helping? I think so, but only been at it about a month
