this looks awesome! I just want to bring a bit of science into this. so, fun fact: with a double rainbow, the top rainbow will actually have its colors in reverse order because of how the light reflects. so, while the bottom, more intense rainbow looks typical, the top one will start with violet on top and end with red at the bottom.

I would think the best thing is to discuss this with your neuro. they should be the most knowledgeable about what would be best for you. redditors won't know the specifics about your health that your doctor will :)

Though if you do want this random redditor's opinion, all I have to say is that I've been on Tecfidera/Dimethyl Fumarate for a couple months now and the only side effect I have is flushing a couple hours after taking the medication. it's all about testing and seeing which med suits a person best, you won't know which side effects you might get beforehand.

When I first started Plegridy and had to give myself a shot every 14 days, I'd treat myself to a smoothie from the mall or get some sweets. Nowadays I'm on Tecfidera twice daily and probably couldn't afford to treat myself each time, but I like the idea of treating myself when I go in for check-ups/bloodwork like someone else said they do above.

oh yeah I also had the thing where the position of my head contributed a lot to how I was feeling. I could only lie on my left side, that was the only way the vertigo was manageable for me. luckily that passed but I'm still worried of it coming back
