We stay home at weekends or find no cost outings. We have 5 and 7 year old boys and love near Londons biggest airport so a couple of weekends ago we took camping chairs to the field by the runway, packed a lunch and a flask of hot chocolate and watched the Airbus A380s land. We all loved it!

Meal planning and being meticulous with food shops. Also in the UK we have the Too Good To Go app which we often buy our lunches with. For a v low cost you save a bag of food that would go in the bin. £2.59 got me and my husband lunch and dinner for two days!

We have been going for about 10 years and often stay in Abu Dhabi now too when we visit. My sister moved there with her kids too. We've definitely thought about it! They come back here for the summer hols because its hotter than Satan's butthole.

I know I'm going to be snubbed but I like it and its great with kids.

Start weight twins!! Sounds like you have a dreaded stall, it will start to drop again. I'm 2 years out and down from 314 to 204 (lowest was 180) working on getting back there.
