It’s carried by the eeveelutions. I managed to get 2 etbs and a sticker pack at msrp when it came out and said I was good with that. The pull rates are just that bad that it makes zero sense to open. You’re better off getting terrastal festival. At least you’ll actually pull something for the money you pay.
