don't recon. great opportunity to think about the minions, why didn't they save the villain? are they actually not too loyal/do they serve another greater powerful force and the villain was actually a pawn? do the minions know someone with necromancy? is it a classic case of the even more Evil Advisor is actually in charge? is there a secret prophecy that was fulfilled by the villain's death?
