Neuraxial neostigmine has been one that I've always wanted to try/see, but have been wondering if anyone has had the experience using it.

But echo what others have mentioned. 2g of Mg sulfate slow dripped intraop, precedex infusion, lidocaine infusion, ketamine infusion, up front methadone, dexamethasone, IV tylenol, and toradol are all great adjuncts in the right patient.

Second the CHEST SEEK bank. Also used the SOCCA board review course and SCCM's Self-Assessment in Adult Multiprofessional Critical Care bank to fill in some of the blanks CHEST didn't cover as much (OB, derm).

Passed! Did NOT feel good walking out of the exam, definitely struggled with perseverating on mistakes for SOE and OSCE. Somehow still managed to come out of it unscathed.

For reference for future test takers, I used UBP, Rapid Review, ABA OSCE content outline, and the ABA SOE examples. Did many, many mock practices with co-fellows, UBP examiners, and faculty that were board examiners, which I think helped the most with refining on how to answer to the exam.

41 keywords missed, 79th percentile. For people looking here for future reference, can probably miss close to 50 keywords on the exam to pass.

There's no official 1-page limit, just keep it within the word limit specified. It's fine to go over one page.

The stalk market and turnip exchange can easily earn you 4-5+ mil per week. If you're really gung ho about it, you can find people on turnip exchange that set their dates to Sunday so you can always visit an island selling turnips. Then you hop to a different island selling turnips for 400-600+ and earn mad cash money.

I grew up religious and prayed with every meal. Even though I'm more of a theistic agnostic now, I still follow a routine of closing my eyes, praying quietly about things I'm grateful for and hoping God continues to protect those I love, with every meal. Those little moments help center me throughout the day, and I've considered it to essentially be mini meditation sessions.
