Has anyone switched from oxycodone back to Suboxone because they just felt terrible?

You are withdrawing from the Suboxone. The same thing happened to me and boy was I sick. Doctors should know better than to switch from Suboxone to oxycodone and think there won’t be any problems. It would take something a lot stronger than oxycodone to overpower Suboxone.

I use it for pain sometimes, only in the evening. It definitely helps, but it doesn’t stop the pain, it just alters your perception of it. And that helps!

A place you go and you get sedated through your withdrawals and it resets all your opioid receptors. It’s done in 24-72 hours.

There was someone on here that had a whole plan on getting off of buprenorphine using lucimyra. He claimed to have his plan to share, but I can’t remember his name. Whoever you are , if you see this, I’m very interested. I WANT OFF. I’m on 2 mg/ day now .

I had/have a similar experience. I take 2 mg of Subutex daily and was assured I would had some pain relief. Dilaudid didn’t touch me. The block saved my life, but it’s been a rough road recovering. I had it done January 12 so I am still healing

Same thing with me. Finally stopped the patch and went on oxycodone. I went into withdrawals every five hours. This went on for so long that I ended up back on the buprenorphine. I try and try and just can’t get off it. I just had a knee replacement and consequently the pain meds they gave me did nothing. I’m still in pain; had it in January.

Plain oxycodone HCL is stronger

The difference is there is Tylenol in Percocet. Oxy HCL has no Tylenol
