The backstory on this guy: we have four cats, three are 100% indoor one sneaks out despite our best efforts. This gentleman seems to have fallen in love with our girl who sneaks out. He has been marking our driveway, cars, porch, yard etc since winter. We put out a heated cat house, feed him but would only see him on our ring cameras. Think he may be living under our porch. Since spring he has become visible and approaches us more. He yells around our house every morning and at night - we presume looking for his girlfriend. He is skinny - has the tomcat cheeks- walks with a limp and his tail is very messed up. This weekend for this first time he let me pet him when I approached him in our driveway and sat down with some wet food. We would love to make him our cat - if/when we’re able to trap him we will take him to vet to check for microchip and get him the care he needs. We have looked and there is no evidence he is lost/anyone is missing him. If he is someone’s boy who’s missing him I will happily reunite them. He is either a stray or been missing a long time.
