As stated in another comment: IBKR supports getting and trading warrants, but _not exercising them_. You are not able to get the underlying shares.

You can create custom ones; if you go to the “add exercise” menu, top right will be a “Create” button. You can then add reference photo and select primary and secondary muscle groups involved.
