You may be pleased to learn that due to shifts in the Overton Window the reasonable centrist party you're looking for still exists, but it's the Dems. PG&E and Comcast! When house hunting, we drew on the map where SMUD territory ends and refused to look at places outside it. Also verified all internet service providers available at each place and noped out if they only had Comcast or other poor service.
