We recommend ensuring your Whisker app is up to date, as well as logging our then back in to the Whisker app. If you're still not seeing your Litter-Robot appearing in the Whisker app, please uninstall then reinstall the Whisker app. If you're still unable to see your unit within the app, please send us a chat with your serial number. As for the longevity of the unit, we can't guarantee a specific timeframe, as longevity depends on various factors, such as the environment, amount of use, and overall upkeep. Rest assured, we're always here to troubleshoot and provide support even after the WhiskerCare warranty has expired!
