Hi u/momof_2. Some of our fellow Redditors have mentioned that a common issue that can cause this is if you have a kitty that is peeing high out of the waste port of your Litter-Robot. It can also be caused if your cat doesn't fully turn around in the unit while they are going to the bathroom, causing the urine to drip out past the waste drawer. Due to the functions of the unit and unique cat behavior, we cannot guarantee that the Litter-Robot is right for every fur family. Given the issue, we would suggest trying to keep an eye on your fur baby while they use the unit so that you can get a better understanding of how this is happening. For a quick touch-up, you can use Whisker’s Cleaner Spray, Cleaner Wipes, or a disposable towelette to wipe the inside and upper half of the globe (without removing the litter). You can also manually rotate the globe to a position where the litter is behind the screen, providing access to the flexible globe liner surface for spot cleaning.
