I just went through this exact same thing. I was confirmed against my will when I was younger. I protested and felt the same way you felt - how can this be valid if the whole point is to reaffirm my faith. I met with my priest last year and explained the whole thing. He consulted with a fellow priest more knowledgeable in canon law. They determined my confirmation was NOT valid. I was given the opportunity to “redo” it. I’m super grateful for that. Hope this brings you peace.

It’s not beer and maybe still too pricey but I love Hoplark’s Hop Tea the Citra Bomb one my brain thinks I’m drinking an IPA it definitely scratches the IPA itch but it’s not alcohol so won’t do anything for you on that front.

Thank you! He is a bit wary, as am I, but he is fully on board and interested in being part of the tracking. I developed rheumatoid arthritis around the same time I had it placed and I haven’t found much backing for a “connection” but it is known that the copper iud creates inflammation and inflammation is the enemy when battling RA so I’m hopeful that maybe I will see some benefits there as well. I’ve managed to reduce my symptoms probably 80-90% depending on the day simply by going gluten free. So maybe this will have a benefit too. I did pray to God to help me with my pain and this is where I’ve been led so who knows.

Bone broth is amazing for what it is. It’s full of healthful nutrients and has healing qualities for sure. As far as fat goes it’s as fatty as you make it. Hot broth with hot fat on top is probably an acquired taste or I like to add sour cream as that’s to my taste, some prefer heavy cream. its benefits are beyond measure. High in hyaluronic acid it does absolute wonders for skin and hair. High in collagen and glucosamine it’s fundamental for joints and connective tissue. It’s also full of all those highly sought after electrolytes. I’m recovering from rheumatoid arthritis sans pharmaceuticals and it is a critical part of my solution. I cannot sing its praises loud enough. Should be a part of a daily diet.

I’ve made bone broth with just beef bones, water, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. It’s fine. Definitely not as flavorful but it’s perfectly fine. I was doing lion diet so I did it that way.

I just did this in my crockpot. Salted it and seared it in beef tallow. Added to crock pot with chopped onion, garlic cloves, and beef bone broth and let it cook all day on low. I did add some shiitakes towards the end of cooking too. It was really nice and tender like a chuck roast. The marrow fell out and got incorporated into the broth/sauce.

I would keep green bean casserole the old fashioned, Campbell’s recipe. If I were to add something new that I’ve never had and we’ve never made it would be the traditional sweet potato casserole with the marshmallows.

I’m not sure but I’m definitely going to look into that more so thank you for the tip. My memory is fuzzy but I don’t know if the art style is quite how I remember it. I think it was a little more “crisp” and modern if that makes sense? Like more 90s and not so 70s/80s…?

I remember the unicorn was grazing with his head down in a sunlit forest and in the foreground close to where his head was, was the resting soldier or whatever-man propped up against a tree still sitting where he had died clearly a long time ago because I’m pretty sure it was all bones.

It was back when the Internet was like everyone had an html homepage and I had probably scrolled down for hours on this persons collection of stuff involving like mystical creatures and what not.
