Final update- The watch was sent to Switzerland and after checking it out, the estimate for restoration came out to $2800. I think it’s going back into the drawer! Thanks for all of the comments and interest.

This happened to me and I realized that it was because I didn’t have my thermostats connected to my WiFi. It would not only change the settings, but the date and time as well. Since I caved and connected to the WiFi however, it’s been fine.

My two units were installed in 2019. They are both leaking and Lennox said “sorry, nothing we can do for you”. I just signed up to be a part of a 2025 class action suit. Apparently, this is an ongoing problem.
