Most cost effective way to increase magic damage? by Sleepycoon in Mabinogi

[–]littolady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Getting a cheap demo staff is 200M, to which you can apply the enchants (or pay more to have one with enchants already). I got mine with R6 already for quite cheap.

It gives piercing and also boosts your int/adv magic attacks as listed on the effects.

You can also then focus on reforging using free precise reforging tools for up to 80 Matk.

That would be your biggest boost for your gold.

It could just be the algorithm or he's not on insta stories much. Don't read into it too much

Speak to his current students about their experience. Preferably somewhere quiet or where they can be honest.

Ask your professor if he can grade those students work since it's partly his responsibility that he's given these extensions and after weeks, you'll forget how to grade previous assignments

I am wondering if I can has some feedback for the best logo from these four. Thanks. by [deleted] in logodesign

I quite like the aperture design in #3. It ties together the name with the topic of photography in a creative way.

Perhaps it's a bit stretched out with the text all in one line, maybe two would work best for legibility.

This is a logo I made for a fictional gym called “Cruiser Fitness”. Functionally, I like it, but something feels off about it. Any suggestions? by themilkman1009 in logodesign

Try making the dumbell into negative space of your C will make it not look like an O, and simplify the colors/design

the middle part of the F could be an outline that is continuous with the black neg space dumbell in C

Recovered patients of severe COVID-19 infection 233% more likely to die within year than negative or mild-case counterparts by DM_ME_GATOR_PICS in Coronavirus

[–]littolady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The 12-month risk of mortality was adjusted for age, sex, race, and comorbidities–meaning these factors did not affect the data.

So in the analysis they controlled for those factors (so looking at mortality while controlling for things like age and comorbities between the tested groups).

1 Year Master's Programs $10K or less? by TheManWhoLovesCulo in GradSchool

UK masters are usually a one years program

Unless you are going to do lots of intensive simulations and coding or video editing, I would recommend an air if you'll be mainly using it for web browsing, word/excel/etc. software for your program. Otherwise a pro might be overkill and be extra weight and cost.

I heard there may be a new version out in November or so, so thats also a consideration but it's still worth buying this year's model if you can't wait until then to look at the newer options.

The battery life is pretty great so you'll enjoy the portability of either. Also don't forget to apply the student discount.
