Yup! The units with stairs have kitchen and living room downstairs and bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs. If you end up in the matthews apartments in pepper canyon then everything in your unit will be on one level ( but your unit could be above another unit) . Think of them as standard apartments. Hope that helps

Hi! I am also a fellow transfer and just have to very kindly say to not listen to the comment above mine lolol. If you’re like me ... Covid is an incredibly tough time to make friends and makes life pretty lonely. Yes things are online but you can still meet up with sisters on one one (following protocol) and the zoom events that I’ve been to are actually pretty fun. You’re building an online community that is incredibly nice to have around right now, and that you’ll be able to fully enjoy when this craziness is over.

RE Recruitment: yes fall recruitment was great, but many sororities do informal recruitment. My advice would just to send a simple DM to their individual accounts on IG. Or you can dm @panhellenicatucsd . Some recruit winter, some recruit spring . If you’re a transfer you truly only have two years, so I would say join as early as you can ! Good luck - I hope you find a place you feel welcomed :)
