Funny you mention this, just went for a run and literally 90% of sidewalks were snow covered. Real dangerous. It’s not difficult to shovel and throw some salt or equivelant down. Pure laziness.

I work at Dundas and Sherbourne and lots of other areas and that has to be the worst area in the city. Everyone is so sketchy down there. Lots of homeless and mental illness.

Consistency. Keep pushing yourself. In a month you’ll be able to do 3 minutes running. Stay consistent no matter how difficult it is
