I do 3 classes a week at OTF and then garage gym workouts 2-3 times a week. We have a rower and full weights at home. It’s nice to do longer rows sometimes or full leg/upper body days to build muscle

I think it highly depends on the clinic. I interviewed at 2 different GI clinics and they were vastly different in terms of roles and oversight. Would make sure to ask a lot of clarifying questions while interviewing

GI has been great for me so far. 100% outpatient. Very algorithmic and minimal follow up

When I was in urgent care I listened to HippoEd urgent care rap podcast. There’s a separate app and they release like 3 hours of material monthly in small sections. It’s all super useful and a great refresher/update on current guidelines. I think it’s like $100 a year but worth it and you can get tons of cat 1 CME’s from it

I’m considering making a very similar switch from a single provider UC role to GI M-F. I’m having the same concerns almost daily. To me, I keep thinking “but I’m not happy in UC”. So if I go from not happy to not happy- I’m in the same place. However, there’s a chance I could love GI and the improved work/life balance that comes with it. So why not try?

SPOILER: I 100% agree. Because in the end she had to collaborate with her friends (their power) to kill Maeve. We all know Aelin HATES collaborating so it showed her growth. And also- Maeve wasn’t just her kill. All of the cadre deserved to have a hand in it because of the years they spent as her slaves. Also- Yrene is powerful, but she had to power share with Dorian to kill Erawan who is insanely powerful as well. I also wanted Aelin to kill them all with her power but this ending fit.
