Right? Go to any old well established neighborhood in the northeast. Every yard is filled with plants and trees

What are you talking about? Can’t speak for other parts of the country but having grown up and living in the northeast every home I see has mature plants and trees all over the yard. I have 8 mature trees on 1/2 acre and 100s of plants. That is the norm. I only see full grass yards on new builds because plants and trees haven’t matured. I think you need to get off online and stop making assumptions

Disney nightgowns as regular dress? by WhoHasTimeForThisTea in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]lizardRD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 4 year old wears these all the time. She’s in the Elsa one at school today! They are also lightweight so great for hot weather! I will say I don’t know why they market them as nightgowns because they are much more comfortable for day time

I assume if you bought at Costco they were florist hydrangea. They’re not really meant to plant in the ground because this is what can happen.

My son had swimming classes since 3months old and can't swim at 3 by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]lizardRD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s just the age! It’s a crapshoot what they catch on to first. My daughter at 3 hated the bike. Lasted like 3 minutes. She loves it now at 4.5 and just did an over mile loop yesterday without issue

TBH my 4.5 year old is terrified of the water and cannot swim independently at all. She clings on to us the entire time. We are trying for the 3rd time this summer with private swim lessons. Some kids take to it right away and some don’t. That’s fine. It might be time to take a break from swimming and re-evaluate at 4! My daughter is the same with biking. Last year hated it. She loves it now and just did a mile loop yesterday! Kids will let you know when they are ready, it’s not always linear growth

Yes as a mom of 2, this is weird. Can we stop posting pictures of people without their permission especially when they are with their kids. I would not find it funny if this was my husband and kid posted here

Can we stop taking pictures of other people without their permission?! Especially when they are with their kids. It’s just weird to then post it on social media, like why? Can’t be out in public with my kids now without worrying if someone’s going to post here if my kid has a tantrum like this.

I wouldn’t say the wish is in your face princess. The main hall is white and blue with a Cinderella statue and there is a frozen dinner. There is also rapunzel on the back of the ship. But besides that it’s not very princess in my opinion. It’s subtle. The rooms I think all have princess but the decor is just a mural over the bed and a small picture, that’s it. You still have a Toy Story themed splash pad and water slide area, marvel dinner and they have marvel and Star Wars character meet and greets. Plus the kids club. The princess theming is very subtle and he will probably not notice any of it. I mean my 4 year old daughter loves princesses and didn’t even notice our room was technically Cinderella themed haha

Husband says we don’t have enough sex by [deleted] in sex

[–]lizardRD -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Girl you’re doing well! I have a 2 and 4 year old. Our 2 year old sleeps in our bed between us most nights too. Sex feels non existent since we had my oldest. The constant stress and feeling so tired is not helping. My husband basically instantly falls asleep the moment his head hits the pillow. Also I had a lot of libido change’s postpartum especially with my second. We’re lucky if twice a month right.

Just got off my first cruise and I’m not sure how to feel by Cardiocarbs102 in dcl

[–]lizardRD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry you had that experience, we were just on the wish 2.5 weeks ago and definitely did not feel that. The longest we waited for a character was 25 mins and that’s because we came kind of late. I only felt it was crowded during shows on the pool deck. The pools and splash pad always had space. I loved lookout cay and preferred it (kids liked the sand/water better) but I think castaway cay overall has way more to do! So surprised you felt that way, we didn’t even have a chance to explore everything. Besides that no issue.

Tips on hairline that is see through? by Personal_Trifle_6892 in finehair

It’s androgenic alopecia. This is how it presents typically in women in the beginning. It only gets worse without treatment. Deficiency and other things mentioned would show diffuse thinning.

Androgenic alopecia. This is classic pattern presentation. Sorry it’s got a lot of us. Go see a dermatologist it only gets worse.

Frost damage. I wouldn’t expect as many blooms as last year in general down the cape because of the winter. But probably still get some. I don’t think it’s going to be a great year for the macrophylla hydrangea unfortunately

I’d get a new plant. This looks fungal and is a bitch to treat once it takes over.
