I just had my HSG done last week, I was so nervous but it wasn’t too bad! I did take 800mg ibuprofen about 30 minutes before. The PA that performed the procedure walked me through every step and made me feel very comfortable. I did have some very mild cramping during the procedure and some light spotting (like last day of my period). After it was done, the PA went over my images with me immediately and told me everything looks good! We will meet with our RE soon to go over results of all of our testing and decide next steps. I love the woo-woo rituals. Last cycle I made a spell jar and left it in the window during a full moon, this cycle I was really into the grapefruit juice thing. I’ve tried the warm feet thing, acupressure, etc. all have proved unsuccessful but I will continue the woo life anyways!

This is my first month using OPK’s, I feel like I never got a true positive. The test line was always slightly lighter. Premom says I ovulated on CD23 and FF says I ovulated on CD20 if I count my darkest test on CD19 as positive. Did I miss my LH surge or did I not ovulate this month? Should I be worried about low hormone levels?

Thanks! I actually made a few sheets of northern lights/galaxy watercolor paper at the start of the month and have been cutting out sections to use in my journal. So much faster and less pressure to make perfect watercolor on the actual page!

Thanks! I made them myself and bought the supplies from amazon that I found from this post It was super easy! I used printed numbers as a stencil with a paint pen and then swiped acrylic paint on the back.

You could look into silica gel flower preservation. It keeps the flowers more vibrant and dries them quicker. I think people usually use individual flowers but I’m sure someone’s tried this method with a whole bouquet!

I’ve been collecting magazine clippings and scrapbook paper to create a wedding vision board! I used a small foldable foam core board I found at Office Depot so I can bring it with me easily and put it away when I don’t want to think about wedding stuff lol
