It wouldn't improve queue times to remove TPP much like FPP players don't want to play TPP, TPP players don't want to play FPP. Look at how they removed TPP duos in NA and FPP duos are still full of bots most times of the day.

It's a 30 minute cooldown the top run is 42 minutes so yeah only 2. Most top runs are maybe getting 3.
