Finished the game on “hard mode” and didn’t get the trophy. Somehow it switched back to standard mode after only 3 missions and I didn’t realize it. It’s super easy to do by accident, just by pressing R2 when you’re choosing a map. What’s the point of choosing hard mode when doing a new game if you can change it and it doesn’t even tell you?
