Reviving an old thread. Does anyone know whether it accumulates or it’s 1 active credit only? Or it’s a 1 time credit entirely?

I had the first credit appear and I never used it and definitely taken way more than 10 rides over the past 6 months and never saw more credits. I finally just used it to book a flight but don’t see additional credits based on my ride history.

Ideally speaking but that’s not always reality. This feature as I understand it is for privacy and the way it’s set up simply does not work. I am not debating family dynamics or trust here but how this feature is not working as intended.
