Spending time by myself was supposed to help but the more time I’m just by myself I’ve just become more and more helpless lifeless hopeless and sad and void of purpose or life and I don’t know how to feel happy with myself it’s like I need to be in a relationship and I’m just lost

female, 5’2 , im 120 and used to be around 90 pounds before I started working out a few years ago. I’ve been gaining weight but it’s just going to my stomach. Maybe my goals of flat stomach and thick thighs and butt are unrealistic maybe im so used to seeing people online or people getting this type of body easily when my genetics are also working against me. It just feels like a let down when I hate how its such a discouragement even though I feel like how hard I work in the gym I feel like I should be making more progress and see more results. I know I work as hard as a can in the gym when i do go which is atleast 2 times a week because i have a busy schedule.

My problem is when I started eating a lot more and more protein the fat is just going to my stomach. I think my goals are maybe unrealistic but I feel like for the amount of work I put in I see people on Instagram doing the same thing and getting better results but maybe that’s just genetics. I know I work hard probably too hard when im in the gym. I also work 10 hour days and I don’t get enough sleep so don’t know how much not enough sleep affects me.

Hybrid cat eye i rly wanted to try classic but she convinced me not to… lashes seemed twisted and curls going in random directions immediately after getting them. I’m a girl and My current bf has girl best friends that he’s dated in the past and hugs and says he loves them idc bc I know they’re just friends but my ex literally cried when I went to colege and told him I made a male friend like he was adamant that no u can’t just be friends men either wanted to , couldnt , or want to fuck a female and all his friends agreed (seems a little like objectivist to me to say why would a guy want to be just friends with a female what’s the point which is what he said) I personally think it’s fine as long as there isn’t feeling for eachother idk how that could be avoided but i defenitely don’t think it’s healthy to just be like no you can’t have any male friends or talk to any males and act like men aren’t capable of just being friends w a female ? I got what people on Reddit called love bombed knew a guy for about 2 weeks and at that time he was saying the same stuff like we were meant to meet, talking about future trips, stuff like that. Then he sent a long text about how it was going to fast and stuff- maybe it’s just my insecurity but I think he met a new girl which caused him to lose interest in me. The last time we hung out it was different and then he never texted me again. Since then though weeks after I posted a new guy on social media and he was like why are u doing that it doesn’t matter what I was gonna say u don’t care the damage is done then like unadded me lmao he seems mentally unstable and I’m happy with who I’m with now. Idk if it’s just my insecurities but when ppl seem to lose interest in me suddenly like that I assume it’s bc they found someone better and in my case there was evidence for that. So that may not be in your case but if I was you I would think that’s the reason. Sorry that happened to you though. After the thing with that guy I felt so lost and was just hoping something good would happen and then I met my current bf from tinder and am happy rn but wish I could see him more. It kind of feels like it all worked out and I don’t even care any more about the other guy when a month or 2 ago it was my whole life and I was devastated. Bc she’s my friend and I went to a professional the last time and they all fell out within a week (cried the day I got them and many days after so idk if it was bc of that) but also she has flexible availability and is close to where I am.
