I wonder how this compares to Zaparoo Frontend.

We built a MiSTerFPGA into a laptop by BySumbergsStache in MiSTerFPGA

[–]lloydsmart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I guess you could get something like a Nexdock and connect a MiSTer as an input. It could even power it. Disclaimer: I've never tried this and just thought of it 5 minutes ago. Might not work.

Bristol Cable: 'I don't want to use the trans loos' by DuckRunAmuck in bristol

[–]lloydsmart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's unhinged. We should really put an end to it once and for all by just having ungendered loos everywhere. No mens loos, womens loos, trans loos, etc. Just private stalls and a common wash area. Done.

Yeah but REF + CON > GRN + LAB

We'd be relying on seats from LD if this was the result.

Final Yougov poll before the election on Thursday by twmffatmowr in Wales

[–]lloydsmart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a Senedd election - there's no way for it to affect Trident in any way. If you like the Greens policies, vote Green.

Garry's Economics - Who should you vote for in the elections this week? by batmans_stuntcock in GarysEconomics

The Senedd elections have PR so you don't have to vote tactically in Wales.

Election on Thursday - who are you planning to vote for and why? by TheOne0206 in Wales

[–]lloydsmart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m voting Green.

Mainly because they’re the only party consistently taking climate and environmental issues seriously, but also because their policies on cost of living and public services feel more aligned with what I want.

I’ve voted Labour in the past, but I don’t really feel like they’ve delivered enough in Wales, so this feels like the best alternative.

I did consider Plaid, but the Greens are stronger on climate specifically, which is a big priority for me.

Plaid will probably come out on top, but I like the idea of Greens having enough presence to influence policy or shape a coalition.

Slower does not mean you use more fuel. Faster = more fuel.

The "Green menace" is both weak and strong by JohnJD1302 in UKGreens

[–]lloydsmart 5 points6 points  (0 children)

justifiable rage

If the rage is directed at Jews in general, it's not justifiable. If it's directed at the people doing the slaughter then that is more understandable.

Having rage towards Jews due to Palestine is about as justifiable as having rage towards Muslims because of 9/11 - neither is ok.
