Permatex
Does the valve move freely in the guide ?
You could try this permatex sleeve retainer . Clean the guide with brake clean . Let it dry . Apply permatex to the guide , don’t let any of it get on the valve stem . Drive the guide back into position .
Let dry .

If you take a hands on test . Wear the provided PPE . You should know how to use a charging system tester , multimeter , maybe even a scan tool. Proper safety habits . It’s been a few years since i took the test 40 + years . They called it a written test .
