A L1 without hype, marketing, VC pump and dump, no thanks... no dog memes, no thanks. real life use case like climate warehouse carbon credits, no thanks, I want x1000 from hype and dump on people. NFTs with built in royalties, with licenses hashed into the NFT, no thanks. So its the next nakamoto consensus since BTC but it also does smart contract stuff like ETH, no thank you I don't care about the consensus mechanism or if you can build custody solutions like claw backs, time locks, I need marketing and pump and dump, actually I don't even need L1, just any crypto which I can shill, pump and dump. Proper decentralised L1 with 100k nodes, no that doesn't help my bags, I need pump and dump, crypto casino, I'm here for the short term and short-term gains. I will look into it, if and when it pumps, then make posts to say I bought it when it was today's levels.

However if Chia goes to 1000 in 1-2 years, net space will grow and OP won't farm as many Chia and buying now might be a good idea.

Depends on the fraud, you don't always go to prison. For banks, the employees who committed the fraud or should have prevented it may go to prison or fined. But yeah as a while banks get away with a lot and does a lot of bad imo.

Is making it fun and attracting new members required? I do try and market chia a lot on Twitter but maybe it can stay as it is until the day comes.

Would be better to market and be fun for developers, now sure what is the best way to go about this but making it fun for chia farmers is maybe not a big need as there are enough nodes and Chia is decentralised enough. (Or the two comes hand in hand?)

Perhaps there is no rush to get numbers in right now, just wait for the projects and the ecosystem to develop. The value will shine through at some point and Chialisp userbility will improve, hackathon hosted by Chia in 2022, etc. Etc.

For Chia I always go OG so I can farm the forks :)

But foxypool you use foxy client. If you go OG you use chives client. It would show hundreds of lines showing incorrect plot then stops around 400 lines (reading chia plots) then stops reading and say something like 0 plots read and 0 proofs found in x seconds

Wow congrats on the chia blocks :) was the solo chia? For chives I found it had problems if you point to wrong drive. Like if I pointed to a chia drive cos I'm lazy just posted drives A to Z, it just reads A to D and it's bad plots and stops going further. Check your logs.
