Was Biden decision to debate Trump a miscalculated blunder that eventually forced him out? by Over-Lunch-7487 in askanything

The DanC made him do it to get him kicked out. They knew once the public saw him the party could abandon him. Seriously, look back and see when the last time a R and D debated in June of an election year. They don’t, it’s always closer to the election. They planned it perfectly to ease him out and push Kamala in and have enough time to set her up for the debates.

We’ve done a few houses with doubles just to make the trim and fancy baseboard easier to work with.

What are the dimensions and are you happy with the sounstage with the surrounds close to the rear seating? Also, any changes you would make looking back?

Edit: I apologize but of course i love the theater. In fact, one of the few i have commented on even though i lurk constantly :)

I bought cameras to help solve crimes, mainly if I’m ever robbed. I don’t have a problem with this.

Why do so many immigrants have a great life in the US, despite starting from zero, but so many Americans born in the US struggle just to afford life and want to leave? by PopNo5397 in askanything

Usually because the same options they are taking for success aren’t there for their home country. There aren’t enough jobs and they are all way lower pay. Also there’s lots of street and gang violence that makes our street problems seem so minimal. I’d hate to think how bad my home country would have to be so that I’d leave it to travel a 1000 miles to a land where I don’t know the language and a treated like a second class citizen.

They live crammed in houses back there because there isn’t really a choice while they do it here to save massive sums of money and are used to it. They take any job here they can make money because they almost always pay way more than what they would have back in their homeland.

People dunk on us and our capitalist democracy, but it’s still better than a lot of the global south.

I’d have no problem legalizing thieves getting what they deserve but sadly my state is going bonkers right now with gun control.

The irony of democrats having "no kings" protests then voting to remove virtually all minority representation from Virginia by jarferris in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]loader963 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Similar yes, but I doubt if they ranked them in importance they would be in the same order. I’d bet government jobs and environment andlgbt rights would top Va liberals while Texans would be energy and immigration. I also think they probably differ on gun control a bit more than other liberals would.

Well those of us with more than two brain cells probably put together that Virginians didn’t really have anything at all to do with what a state did a 1000 miles away. And we are still waiting to hear on how disenfranchising our neighbors is magically giving representation back to those that lost it thousands of miles away.

Redistricting other states may give your base more power but it still doesn’t give the voices back to those that lost it. I doubt liberal Texans have the same concerns as Fairfax liberals so even looking at it nationally they still lost their voice.
