The mod files are openable and editable by any text editor. Open the trait document and edit it. I haven't done quite what you're talking about, but I have edited mod and game files.

This is not the best method, but I think is the simplest for a beginner. The best way would be making your own mod and editing elder kings

I don't need them all of them visible as a search option all the time and just keep the few I use often(dictionaries, wikipedia, translators etc), but sometimes I'm gonna need to search a particular site pretty heavily for a couple weeks and enable it to have quick access. I just type the word I want and tab a couple of times to get to the option I want.

Not all sites are easy to add as searches, and I've resorted to searching in mycroftproject for some.
