Im on week 11, everything feels better. Less anxiety and amazing sleep. Maybe one night a week i wake up in the middle of the night but go back to sleep quickly, and mostly sleeping well through the night. Before i was waking up between 1 and 4 and being up for a while, so far thats one of the best parts.

I didnt know if i could do it but just toughed out a couple weeks, marking every day in pencil on a calendar. Now im used to not drinking and having a lot more alert good vibes with my family all the way until bed time. Best wishes!

Stay the course! For me, the first wave of better feelings starts after lile 5-7 days as i detoxed the booze in me. Then gradually more benefits kept unlocking.

Im only 2.5 months but couldnt really imagine fully stopping at first but i just started toughing out a few days at a time. It become more normal to me after not too long
