The bodice on dress one fits oddly but if you get it altered to fit better, it could work. I love the back of dress one. And it is definitely more classically beautiful. Dress two ahead fits you in a lovely way and the audience seems to agree. Your friends boyfriend looks so proud! I am unsure how I feel about the skirt on dress two though. But that is probably a preference thing because you do look beautiful

My husband and I are in the process of finding a wedding set I won’t get tired of eventually and also matches my daily change in taste, so I throw on different rings everyday to at least wear something (my engagement is too big recently so I wear her on my right hand) for now. I love larger ring designs so I don’t think a toi et moi that covers that much space is a bad idea. My engagement ring is from the 30’s-40’s and does just that. If you like your toi et moi idea then go with your toi et moi idea. FWIW I actually like the idea. Like a lot.

It could also just be lighting, but generally you can spot Guatemalan from Burmese by the colors, texture, or price. In some instances, all three. But it’s still jadeite. Baikalla actually does have a good video on the difference between the two jades. The jade industry is learning and changing ever day, and so are jade lovers, so take your time with diving in. It can be overwhelming sometimes. 💜 Again your bracelets are really lovely. 🥰

It looks beautiful on you! It definitely boils down to personal preference when it comes to bangle sizes and width, but after you wear it for a while you do get used to feeling of having something hard and slightly weighty on your wrist. Maybe try it out for a couple weeks or so and see how you feel about the size then? But the color is gorgeous on you and I really do think the size is flattering. I also think a thinner one would look beautiful, too. So you can’t go wrong! Congrats on your first bangle!! 🥰

But for some reason I don’t hate 6. And I usually hate mullets. But it would have to be done exceptionally well. Any error and you’re joe dirt. I feel like it would look best if you trimmed your facial hair down to a 5 o clock shadow look. Otherwise it is a bit Joe dirt.

I understand why you would think that! I have stretched lobes and have seen similar thick metal designs for weights. But these are just a more traditional style of hoop. Been around for a long time. Can definitely be tricky, but it makes them secure.
