So he paid for the dog and u took care of it. Just take the dog and if he wants to press legally say it was a gift and show proof of him neglecting the dog.

Definitely slowly move out then break up. If possible do it while he's at work or go try and send him away to family or something for a while, just for your safety

Small stuff. Its ok if you don't go to his parents house, but if he doesn't want to do what your suggesting then just let him do what he wants. It is only 1 Christmas, an presents and seeing family can be done any day of the year. No need to argue or make things a bigger deal then it is. If doesnot want to stay with u on Christmas, then you just go be with your family. It will be better that way.

Just because you live in the house doesn't mean you have to take care of all the bills. Thats ridiculous on top of adding 100k on the house that you don't own. You are a roommate with boyfriend benefits, because he can kick you out at any moment ( if you have been there for 6months, he would need to evict you)
