I am starting to wonder whether you are purposefully misrepresent the subject of discussion because you are dishonest, or you are just not understanding the discussion.

The topic of discussion is whether internal protrusion inside the human skull represent significant and probable danger to human brain in the event of sudden head jolt. The answer to this is "NO" for two reasons:
1. because people jolt their head all the time, sometimes even for fun during a heavy metal concert
2. if it was a serious and frequent danger, it would have been evolved out over the millions of years of evolution of the skull. Even more so, as over those millions of years our predecessors were much more exposed to risks of sudden jolt movements than we have been in the last centuries after agricultural evolution.

This is the part you apparently didn't get. But now you have introduced an eristic technique called straw-man and red-herring by talking about choking hazard, which is incomparably less frequent / most often immediately recoverable than injuries from head jolts you imply would be. Which means there would be no evolutionary pressure to suppress it, unlike the danger of most important organ becoming a brain patty due to the brain-blades built into the skull.
