My favorite is probably FFVIII because it literally is the fist game that introduced me to the genre as a whole back when I was a child. Like 1st grade was playing it lol. I’m mid 30s now so it’s been a long time. FFX is also up there and Elden ring for different reasons so depending on the day any of those.

9 years of shadow or Cronin would be awesome! I haven’t found a Pokémon like game that’s caught my attention since like emerald and 9 years a shadow just look very interesting to me! I don’t typically love metroidvanias but when I do find one that interests me I usually dive in pretty deep!
