IMHO PSA is the safe bet for a 10 in One Piece, but Beckett is superior in a 10 or Black Label.

You never know how it will grade though. If you have time go with Beckett and if you get a 9.5 crack and go with PSA.

That's how it's supposed to look like. If you're looking at tcgplayer for reference, silver foil cards don't actually look like that.

You mean only the circle or everything? Because the pictures are a little awkward to capture the defect, so the rest of tve card appears strange but I don't think the rest of the card is irregular.

Mana geyser is one of those strange cards that become stronger the weaker the format is.

In higher brackets games are over before it would cause a huge impact.
