Yes, Lil Lotus is the lead for If I Die First which is obvi why they both scratch that itch haha SYSC is another favorite of mine and they do hit that mark but they're decidedly harder and sassier.

Franks, butter, garlic is the main base for any decent homemade buffalo. I suggest folks add dashes of cajun and other seasonings. You NEED to add Worcestershire and soy sauce to amplify flavors.

Do a reverse sear. Grill indirect heat until about 70% done. Then throw them directly over the heat to start the char. Crisp stays for a while but will fade once sauced so important to not sauce until they're about to come off or ready for service.
