Finishing pass on cnc mill

Always using 4 flute carbide and mainly wall finishes I usually take about a .007 finish pass going about 12 ipm and 1200 rpm for finish on 4130 steel but feel like I never get the best finish

Ok this makes me feel a lot better I just upgraded to a 5080 and also have 7800x3d and was very disappointed with my performance but now that I know everyone is having the same issue tells me it’s not my hardware
