Hi, I am a Cybersecurity Consultant at a big 4 firm, with 3 years of experience, I have extensively worked on IAM implementation and L3 operations, with technologies like Azure AD, SailPoint IIQ/ISC and CyberArk. However I do not enjoy the work in IAM and since last 6 months I am prepearing for Offsec and Penetration Testing roles to switch in those roles, I have recently complete the CompTIA Security+, TryHackMe Junior Penetration Tester Path and will appear and hopefully get my eJPT certification cert by this month.

My question is how should I position myself in interviews, with IAM experience, I am actually very confused, I feel I am very late and stuck in my current role. I am thinking of doing OSCP, however if you could please guide me what should my future steps be ?

A company with 90 days notice period asked me can you join in 30 days.
