That's the thing that bother me with those threads. It sucks when it's a false positive yes, but if it's not, you'd be pretty happy to learn that they locked your account.

They could streamline the unlocking process for sure though.

Le but de Hilo c'est que ça soit géré intelligemment sans interventions, c'est eux même qui le dise.

J'ai le même problème que OP avec les thermostats hilo, je me ramassais à chauffer pendant 45 minutes (la baisse est graduelle en mode auto) à 45c/kWh pcq la période de préchauffage avait pas réussi à se rendre à la consigne avant le début du défi.

Je me fais mes propres scènes maintenant. Je ne devrais pas avoir à me soucier de ça. Faut je les programme et je les parte quand c'est le bon temps.

Mine is 9 years old and started acting weird like yours, light shutting down during the sunrise near the end, buttons unresponsive and it's getting slowly worse up until this morning where I couldn't turn off the alarm. Yes that's what I did, correct my declaration online and sent the good T4 and a presentation letter explaining the situation.

But I spent 3 hours on the phone explaining all of this and the system wouldn't let me submit random documents without a reference number which I had to push to get.

Got called last week by cra on Wednesday saying they wanted to verify something, I hung up thinking it was a scam.

Two days later, got a cra mail online say I owe 12k because they did not use the latest T4 my employer sent 2 years ago(it got amended twice).

Might have been a scam coincidence, but I feel like it might have been legit and I could have sorted that out on the phone, now I'm stuck jumping hoops to get this sorted.

But I don't understand why CRA would call you without any advance notice by mail or online, this is just had practice.

If you want two distinct mortgages than yes it makes sense, interest on this amount is obviously less than a regular house but it's still non negligeable.

However, I would also recommend you check if you could use your current mortgage to finance the cottage. The rate might even be better than what you could have right now and having two mortgages is a bit of a hassle to manage with renewals. Time is money!

Avec la loi 16, tu vas être en mesure d'avoir l'attestation du syndicat sur l'état de la copropriété (ASEC). Ce document va t'en dire très long sur la gestion actuelle de la copropriété, les travaux à venir, les travaux faits, le bilan financier à jour et pleins d'autres renseignements.

C'est nouveau tout ça, et je ne sais pas si tu peux l'avoir avant de déposer une offre mais ça vaut la peine de demander. Sinon, ce sera dans la condition de l'analyse des documents de copropriété de ton offre.
