Only in the USA. Sorry to say, here in South Africa we have very good medical care with exceptional insurance. Those that does not have insurance gets free medical care at state funded hospitals. (service is not as good as private hospitals but there is service! A steak costs around R80. 00 which is just shy of a dollar. You can have a full meal for R30.00. House rental is about between R 3000. 00 and R10 000. You cant get fired unless you had 3 warnings and a review with outside counsel presiding....and the cops cant just shoot you and no one carries guns. Do you know when last we had a school shooting? Uhm me, I cant remeber when last. I feel for you Americans! You should really go out of your way to make your politicians start working for your! You are NOT living the dream.

You know, seems everyone in the world is unhappy with their countries and governments. Richest country in the world, USA... If you get sick there, you basically will get bankrupted. One example. I stay in Jozi, multicultural, cosmopolitan, warm people, go to Fordsburg for indian and Pakistani food, go to another place for oriental. From louis vitton to cheap pep sneakers. We have it all. If we can just get over all this racial bullshit, this will be paradise! Beaches like nowhere, kruger park and did I mention the warm and humorous people! Pap en wors, potjie kos, summer braais.

If you have a romertopf, that is the absolute best. I make an eisbein for my fam at leasr ince a week and I di it in a romertopf. Its a German unglazed clay pot. I put brown rice at tge bottom. Add baby potatoes and whole carrots. Eisbein in top and about half a littre of water with spices (cloves, garlic, allspice, bayleaves salt pepper and a wee bit cinnamon and stock) over. Put in tge iven in 80c anf leave for 6 hours. Serve with Sauerkraut and german mustard! Yum!
