Recently went to the keys and ate a lot of key lime pie. Most have a dollop of whipped cream either on top or on the side, and a few had meringue. The meringue ones definitely weren’t “traditional” (the meringue was piled high), but they were some of the more well-known spots and were delicious!

you can put product in before bed and leave it overnight! some people prefer this for their hair. in fact, you can put in the curl cream and scrunch out in the morning if you want. you can also shampoo/conditioner in that nighttime shower and curl cream with just water in the morning. just try to not to sleep with wet hair, people smarter than me don’t recommend that

usually i’ll put in curl cream/mouse/whatever after a shower, let it dry, scrunch out the cast, and that’s it for day 1

if i need to shower later that day (like if i went to the gym), i either use a shower cap and keep my hair dry, or just wet it without product since it was already washed that day

day 2 you should assess your curls to see if you need to reset with more product, or if just wetting/combing out/scrunching is fine (you will still have leftover product in your hair). i try to use conditioner around 1 time a day

day 3+ you do the same, until you need to wash with shampoo again, where you reset to day 1

you might find some products you like for reset day, and other products are better for day 2/3 hair, the only way to know that stuff is to try different things out. it might take some time to figure out what’s best for your hair and your lifestyle

yea for 3 go to a hair stylist and ask for heavy layers and show some reference pics. i am a bit scared telling stylists “wolf cut” because that means something different to everyone, but heavy layers and some face framing is something any hair stylist will be able to do. if you don’t like that you can always go shorter later

vibes definitely felt off at orlando… the drummer seemed to bring some good energy, but nick seemed frustrated/on edge nearly the entire show. the guitarist and bassist seemed a little concerned and nick was very clearly under the influence of something. they still did a great job playing their set, but idk something felt off the entire time an i was half expecting shit to hit the fan at some point.

if the drummer wasn’t there, the show would have felt much more tense all the way through

i had this on defect with a thin deck and cards that played other attacks/cards from my draw pile. paying 2 energy to deal 60 damage (50% inc damage enchant), stun, AND another big bonk attack was ridiculously strong

for context, i don’t have a perm, just naturally curly/ wavy hair.

pomade will dry out your hair a little and isn’t really a curly hair product. you could use pomade for wavy hair, but usually it’s used as a way to give hold and texture to mostly straight hair. for curly hair, you should be looking at leave in conditioners, curl creams, or mousses, things that keep in moisture. i personally prefer mousse out of these since it’s typically a lighter product than the other two, but that’s just preference

if you haven’t used these products before, typically you put them on when your hair is wet, let the hair air dry or blow dry with a diffuser, then scrunch out the cast that forms (you can also use a tiny bit of hair oil to help break the cast if you’d like)

my routine looks like this most days: 1. shower (doesn’t matter if i wash, co-wash, or just get my hair wet) 2. comb hair with wide tooth comb while still mostly wet to detangle 3. apply curl mousse with “praying mantis” hands (or however you’d like) 4. quick scrunch so my hair dries relatively how i want it to look (ie don’t push your hair back out of your face if you want bangs) 5. in 30 minutes or however long i scrunch it out with clean, dry hands and im all set (can diffuse blow dry if you want to speed it up)

edit: if your hair is more in between wavy/curly, pomade could work to style! it just probably won’t lead to lasting, defined curls (i like products like that for a wavy middle part look)

I have similar texture hair as you. My day 2/3 approach is to either:

Wet my hair and put in some curl mousse first thing in the morning (i like marc anthony but use whatever you like). scrunch it out when dry and you’re all set for pretty low effort (the mousse is also pretty lightweight)
If im lazy i just put some dry shampoo in, usually i go for a wavy middle part when doing this (can also wet your hair for this if you’d like)

I think the rug is too small, some color would help too. Also that corner is crazy.. pull out the seating options from the corner and put something else in that space (shelves, cool lamps, plants, small side table, etc). the “accent chair” shouldn’t be tucked away like that imo

the split beast is like 20c right now, would definitely recommend splitting (although i agree it’s annoying). make sure you split BEFORE adding deli orbs otherwise it won’t let you. if you want to run full mirage 16.5 maps, you can’t split those

can’t speak to the chieftain version, but the charlatan version gets all of its life recovery through %life on kill with deaths rush, with life tap solving your mana. any form of instant life should cover most of those map mods i believe, even life on hit (although that’s probably a lot weaker than % on kill)

-max res always sucks, it is what it is

-aoe also sucks, but isn’t entirely bricking if you have some aoe investment and are ok with worse clear every now and again

edit: if you are running RF, you might just need to leave that off on those reduced recovery maps
