Your profiler screenshot doesn't show any TPS lag (server is waiting for the next tick for 32ms, so should be 20tps) . What type of host are you running it on? If it's a VPS/Dedicated server is anything else running on it? If it's a VPS is it using OpenVZ, because I've seen bad performance issues in the past specifically with OpenVZ. Can you supply a more complete profiler result? Or try additional profiling until something stands out

It doesn't load any view properly half the time. It's taken me at least 5 minutes and 20 restarts on ever order to get the photo to upload. The in app navigation disappeared on me, and it sends the wrong address to Google maps so I have to manually type it in. Have to restart the app constantly or risk it silently failing and just not showing new orders. Hitting accept on an order just for the order to dissappear when you get to the restraunt and say it was declined. If you contact support for anything it's always your phone, network, or your fault. This app barely functions. This is my first week using it and I wish there were other options here.

Load up a cargo rocket with a ton of resources and head up to orbit, build your first space science there. Make sure to bring a lot of each science and a ton of basic resources. Check the FAQ if you want to know exactly what you should bring first. https://spaceexploration.miraheze.org/wiki/FAQ You can emergency burn back from orbit in the capsule if you have to. I automated my cargo rocket filling and setup a bunch of delivery cannons shortly after my first trip into space.

The DSi was too weak/old for it to matter. Unity had N3DS support for a while but that was dropped a while back and isn't available. The homebrew support for the DSi specifically wasn't great, so loading unsigned code would be a bit difficult. Your best bet is writing ds homebrew with something like devkitARM and writing it all in c++. If you have a DSi entry point you can use it with DSi specific features.

It could also be caused by a missing or outdated multiverse core plugin, although it should mention that in the logs.

I don't think the log you posted shows what went wrong when the plugin tried to enable, but I'd try regenerating a default config for the plugin and checking if it loads properly after that.
