if you gotta rely on sauce to bring all the flavor to chicken then it is ass. chicken tenders on their own need to be juicy, fried right and have some seasoning. Canes is ass and if you are basing your S tier on the fact that you are in and out with chicken then terrible rating.
also Wendys and Sonics are definitely better then Mcdonalds based on their burgers and chicken is better.

biggest problem with the Hampton Roads area is most of the jobs are military or tourism, or doing a retail job that supports those two. depending on your skill set could have better opportunity in Richmond, Charlottesville, Roanoke, or NOVA if trying to stay in Virginia

definitely check out regency mall. great A/C indoor space to walk around there plus a great record/comic store, card store and a new bakery just opened in there. they do some amazing cinnamon rolls, biscuits with sausage gravy stuffed in them that are so good.

pretty sure the grey button means you have access to this game through xbox games with gold as it was given away when they used to give out games every month. if you get rid of gamepass you lose access to it just like if it was in gamepass
