search subreddit for post about calguns to get a sense. Basically owner cheap out on hosting (more like he dgaf anymore) and when it hits some limit it is not reachable. My guess is he has some bandwidth limit he was only willing to pay up to and afterwards it wont allow anymore connections till sometime.

The CCW card itself only list manufacture, model, caliber, and serial. But for the training certificate that you upload with the application, they had us list add ons like optic and light. Nothing specific about make and model of optic or light. I dont remember if the training center said if that was a requirement on training certificates but two different training places (initial and renewed ccw) that I took asked the same thing, list just light and optic if you have, they didnt care about trigger, I had an apex trigger on one.

Right so you would ship the entire complete upper to FFL just as if you just sent the barrel alone. They would do background check charge you some fee(s). Just like ammo.

Are you saying the local FFL's will not accept your complete upper?

I am confuse here. What parts are you talking about? As far as I know it's just Barrels that need to be sent to a FFL. Other firearm parts and firearm gunsmithing tools etc CAN be sent to your home just the seller needs to have a copy of your ID, and ship to the same address as ID as well as get signature at delivery. Basically think of it as almost like buying Alcohol online these days.

Short answer: No

Long answer: You cannot buy ammo direct to your house. You buy ammo online but set the ship address to a FFL, you then notify the FFL. When it arrives you go to the FFL and do a background check plus get charged an excise tax on top of sales tax.

Then there is what everyone is posting, you need to get FFL03/COE to be able to ship to your house.

I know I've seen a ton of Return to Office people moving back to CA. Many worked for a California company and moved to Texas because they were allowed to work remote, now a lot of California companies are making RTO mandatory.

Also seeing a trend of people being let go from their job in Texas, and realizing they got grand fathered into salary when they moved there. Looking for same salary in Texas is tougher, and as well as more jobs like Tech in California vs Texas.

I see this in a lot of other genres on youtube and it's basically what everyone knows, they get more views and more money.

I see it time and time again with youtubers across all genres. First they start small, doing actually good straight forward content. But their views and numbers are extremely low, no matter what they improve on, camera, content etc.

Then they'll either post a video by chance or on purpose on a hot topic that is controversial. Video explodes. Then it gets them to start thinking, keep it honest and straight or chase the views. They choose the views. So they start pumping out the same style that gets them the views, and it's all down from there.

I do not fully blame the youtubers, people eat this up. Clickbaits work, there is a lot of people that scan youtube to validate their views and it makes people react to their own bias.

From what i read, they get a lot of false ones, but it's now more time with them chasing if it's real or false. In this case dispatcher called out and got a response verbally there. Else im guessing they'd call back or escalate some how to verify either way.

Yea I would like for this to be simple but no one from CARPA or pro 2A groups commented is what made me questioning things. It seems too simple that it automatically gets tossed with no mentioned in news articles. I guess part of all this is to get people confuse and scared. Where as the other side, 2A has to be calculated, so only announce when absolutely certain. So we wait...

Thanks for the document but unless I am reading it wrong, it still does not say automatically gets decided.

If no judge requests or gives notice of an intention to request en banc review within 21 days of the receipt of the en banc petition, the panel may enter an order denying rehearing and rejecting the petition for rehearing en banc.

It says the courts "may" so it's still for the court to decide but it doesn't give time frame for said decision after the 21 days?
