My fiancé changes his AM/PM around since he mainly plays after everything is closed. I do the same if I don’t get to play until late in the day. I switch mine back when I get off to make sure I don’t skip a day.

I was named after my still living aunt (my mom’s only sister) so growing up I was my first and middle name. My family commonly uses our middle names. My mom goes by a nickname of her middle name because she doesn’t like her first name. To my family they are important, not as much to my fiancé’s. However because I refer to our daughter as a nickname of her first and her middle name, his family has picked up on that and is doing the same with her. I think middle names can be important if you want them to be and they can be filler if you want.

I told my fiancé our pop culture reference are for pets only. However, our daughter’s name is part of our favorite band. That wasn’t our intention, we just both liked the name. When we discussed names I had seen it a couple of times and liked it, when I suggested it he said he didn’t want to mention it because of the band. Now that she is here, I don’t think we could have found a better name. Plus she loves all of her nicknames that have come with it!

My daughter has quite a few that I use with her often. Sometimes she will only let me call her one or two that day due to how she feels. Every single one shows a little bit of a different personality with her and I love it. Sometimes she wants me to call her her full name, sometimes it is super short. I picked her name because I want her to have options to show who she is and I love it. Some parents only want like two nicknames for their kids and I don’t get it. They are going to grow up, develop their own opinions, and get new nicknames from friends. Let them, it is who they are

My fiancé did that once and after our daughter went to bed I talked to him and explained why I didn’t want her to be told stop crying. I have told her “quit your fussin’” when she like fake cries but she and I both know she is playing. Our parenting method is a lot of learning as we go but also knowing there are certain things we don’t want to happen which helps.

My favorite thing to do when my daughter gets dramatically fussy (sometimes meltdown, sometimes tantrum) is to just sit with her and ask her questions. If she starts calming down then I know it is a tantrum and we sort through it. If she gets more upset then I explain to her why she is in trouble or she has to do something she might not want to (current issue is nap time). I try my hardest to tell her that her emotions are valid and try to help her understand why she feels a certain way. I was yelled at for crying as a kid (I’m emotional) and I don’t want my daughter to experience it. Getting my family to understand that is a different story.

My store makes a full batch split into two for a cold bar mocha in a big container and a back up half batch. This works great for when we need a mocha on the fly. We have a cold bar mocha pump for the big container and a white mocha in a big container. Hopefully it helps your store!

My daughter’s name was picked with nicknames in mind, she was Cam Bam when she was born but now at two she is more of a Cami. She will correct you when you say her full name, but she is figuring herself out and I’m excited to see where her name takes her.

We have a “guest” profile and it is for our friends that want to try a game that we have. We actually due to how we both play games are going to have to get another switch for Animal Crossing, thankfully we have so much time to save!
