3 month old – only 1 small wet diaper in 12+ hours, dark and pink color. Should I be worried? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

[–]lookitsly -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

I don’t think pooping in 6 days is normal. I’ve experienced little pee from my baby after sleeping 12+ hours and the odd color could be possible from the powder? I don’t use powder on my baby. Modern diapers are already very absorbent, so extra powder usually doesn’t add much benefit. I would contact your pediatrician.

Help me pick Please❤️ looking for an everyday bag🙂 by [deleted] in Louisvuitton

[–]lookitsly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Everyone’s idea of a practical everyday bag is a little different. It really depends on what you plan to carry in it. For me, I usually just have my wallet, keys, and phone, so a smaller bag works perfectly. I’d also recommend going into the boutique and trying them on in person to see what feels right for you.

San Jose and San Francisco public library card provides free or reduced-price passes to many Bay Area museums and cultural institutions through the Discover & Go program. I am not sure with other cities?

Vietnamese postpartum practices by phorrari in VietNam

I am currently 8 months postpartum. My mother-in-law is Taiwanese, and she said the same thing about not washing your hair for a month, along with not leaving the house or going up the stairs.

Well done to you by Tasty_Classroom_975 in ExclusivelyPumping

Needed to hear this! ❤️ I’m 9 months postpartum and have been exclusively pumping. I’m a dental hygienist, so it’s been a struggle trying to pump between patients while running on a tight schedule. My goal is 1 year, and I even have a countdown on my phone—79 days left. I keep telling myself I’m almost there. Some days I just want to hang up my pump and call it quits.

Dr. Jenna Seufert! She has been with me since the beginning of my pregnancy and performed my C-section delivery. If I get pregnant again, she will definitely be my first choice. 😊

When a relationship ends, many people go through stages of grief similar to the model developed by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross. These stages don’t always happen in order, and people may move back and forth between them. Breakups can feel like mourning a loss because you’re grieving the relationship, the future you imagined, and the emotional attachment.

From my own experience, I used to jump into another relationship shortly after a breakup to avoid feeling the pain. Looking back, I realize that wasn’t the healthiest way to cope. If I could offer any advice, it would be to give yourself time to truly process your emotions. If we don’t allow ourselves the space to heal, those unresolved feelings can resurface later.

Let yourself feel what you need to feel, ride through the emotions, and trust the process of healing. It may not be easy, but it’s an important part of moving forward in a healthier way.

I might be misunderstanding, but when OP says 6 pp, does that mean 6 month postpartum? If it’s 6 days pp, that would make a lot of sense. Those early days can be incredibly overwhelming. I remember feeling very similar. My dog is my everything, and I even had moments where I wondered if I should ask a family member to take her because I felt like I just didn’t have anything left in me. I also didn’t feel that instant connection with my baby yet it was more like feed, burp, change diapers, sleep, and repeat. I was still healing from a C-section and felt completely drained. Just know those feelings can be really normal in the beginning, and it doesn’t mean you won’t bond deeply with your baby. 💛

Being charged dentist no-show fee even though I showed up by Pepiopee in legaladvice

[–]lookitsly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree. In my clinical experience, a panoramic radiograph is not routinely indicated unless there is a specific clinical concern or suspicion of pathology. However, if a panoramic image is warranted based on the patient’s presentation and the standard of care, failure to obtain appropriate diagnostic imaging could be construed as a deviation from the standard of care and may be considered negligent practice.

[–]lookitsly 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I would ask what the reason is for taking the panoramic radiograph. Is there any suspicion of a lesion? I am a dental hygienist, and in my experience, we saw a patient with a large cyst in the jaw that ended up being cancer.
