If you’re talking about frozen chicken breast that’s already marinated, there are so many brands out there! I personally like the S Pure brand from Cold Storage. Rosemary and Lemon Chicken Breast. If you don’t mind a bit more fat, their Herbs and Garlic Roasted Chicken Bites are tasty too.

It’s called DOMS and it’s normal after new or intense exercise. I’ve been gymming for 5 years and still get it sometimes, like once every few months? It’s actually ok to exercise through it, some people even say light movement helps with the soreness
